These terms govern access to https://content-ridgehub.click and engagements with RidgeHub Harvest Board Co., Ltd. for agriculture yield tracking, seasonal planning, and field performance analysis in Vietnam. By using the site or requesting a consultation, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit consultation requests. Written engagement letters or quotes may add project-specific conditions; where they conflict with these terms on scope or fees, the signed quote prevails for that engagement.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and field visits are informational. They do not create a binding contract until we confirm dates, fees, and scope in writing. Field conditions, weather, and access may require schedule changes.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and brand marks belong to RidgeHub Harvest Board Co., Ltd. Harvest boards and written notes prepared for a client belong to that client for internal farm or cooperative use. Redistribution as a commercial product requires our prior written consent.

Liability

Advice reflects observations and records available at the time of visits. Agricultural outcomes depend on weather, labour, inputs, and decisions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on advisory notes. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, with preference for resolution through good-faith discussion first.
