Refund & rescheduling policy

This policy applies to paid consultations from RidgeHub Harvest Board Co., Ltd., including Seasonal Field Yield Assessments, planning sessions, field walks, harvest board reviews, and multi-plot studies.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement we cannot reschedule within a reasonable window, or when fees were collected in error. Completed visits and delivered written boards are generally non-refundable.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to hello@content-ridgehub.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request, with your name, engagement date, and reason.

Full or partial refunds

If we cancel before any field visit and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid. If some visits are complete, a partial refund may cover only the unused portion after deducting work already delivered and non-recoverable travel costs.

Non-refundable items

Deposits held during peak transplant weeks may be non-refundable when cancellation occurs within seven days of a confirmed visit and we cannot fill the slot. Printed materials already prepared for your farm are non-refundable once produced.

Process & timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require additional account details you provide in writing.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a visit with at least five days’ notice without a fee, subject to advisor availability. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling charge reflecting travel already arranged. Weather and flooded access may force mutual rescheduling without penalty.

Deposits, no-shows & work already started

Deposits secure peak-season dates. A no-show without notice forfeits the deposit for that visit. Once a field walk has begun or written analysis has started from materials you supplied, fees for that stage are earned.

Exceptions

Documented emergencies affecting farm principals may be considered case by case. This policy does not cover goods we do not sell, such as seed, fertiliser, or equipment.
