Field visits
From the farm gate to the harvest board
Most of our work happens on your ground. This page explains how visits are scheduled, what we bring, and how Vinh Phuc farms prepare.
Service area
We regularly visit farms in Vinh Phuc districts around Khai Quang, Binh Xuyen, Tam Duong, Vinh Tuong, Lap Thach, and Song Lo. Day trips to neighbouring northern provinces are arranged when plot count and timing justify the travel.
Peak transplant and harvest weeks fill first. Mid-season walks are easier to place mid-week when roads and fields are quieter.
Visit rhythm
-
Confirm windows
We align visit days with your labour availability and forecast rainfall, then send a simple agenda for each walk.
-
Walk named plots
A farm lead joins us. We mark reference corners, note stand and water conditions, and photograph the same angles when a return visit is planned.
-
Capture records
Weigh tickets, planting dates, and input notes are reviewed at a table — on the farm or later at our Vinh Phuc office.
-
Deliver the board
You receive a ranked harvest board or session notes with concrete next-season adjustments, then decide whether a follow-up walk is useful.
What to prepare
- Sketch or map of plot boundaries with local names
- Last season’s weigh notes, even if incomplete
- List of people who can join the walk
- Boots and a dry place to sit for the closing conversation
Choose a consultation
Seasonal assessments use three visits. Shorter planning sessions and single field walks follow the same courtesy rules with a lighter footprint.
