Seasonal Field Yield Assessment
A structured on-farm review that maps yield patterns plot by plot, records seasonal constraints, and leaves you with a written harvest board for the coming cycle.
Who it is for
Family farms, cooperatives, and estate managers who need clearer yield records before the next planting decision
Included
- Baseline walk of each named plot with soil and crop condition notes
- Yield history interview and gap map against the previous two seasons
- Seasonal risk notes for rainfall timing, input timing, and labour pinch points
- Printed and digital harvest board with plot rankings and next-cycle priorities
Outside this scope
- Laboratory soil chemistry testing
- Purchase or application of fertiliser or seed
- Government permit filing
Preparation
Bring any prior season notebooks, input receipts, and a map or sketch of plot boundaries. A farm lead who knows each plot by name should join the walks.
How the work unfolds
- Intake call to confirm crop mix, plot count, and visit windows
- First field walk to establish baseline conditions and measurement points
- Mid-cycle check against rainfall and growth stages
- Closing harvest board delivery and planning conversation
Rates are informational. Final fees depend on plot count, travel distance, and season. See the rates guide or read how field visits run.
